  1. 200g mascarpone cheese
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 2 tablespoons sugar
  4. 100g ladyfingers
  5. 1 table spoon liquor
  6. 1/2 cup coffee
  7. cocoa powder
  1. Beat yolks with sugar.
  2. Add mascarpone cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl whip egg whites into a foam.
  4. Add the whipped egg whites into the cream mixture and mix carefully.
  5. Mix coffee with liquor.
  6. Dip ladyfingers into the coffee mixture. Don't let ladyfingers soak in coffee!
  7. Place ladyfingers in a single layer and cover with the cheese mixture. Repeat layers once ot twice.
  8. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
